About East Penn Township
Scenic, rural East Penn Township is a second-class township located in the southwest corner of Carbon County, Pennsylvania. The Township is governed by a five-member Board of Supervisors, vested with both executive and legislative authority. The Board also appoints members to additional Boards and Commissions that help provide municipal services.
