- A Permit is required to pave your driveway, but not re-pave.

- No, but we do offer a free courtesy review for setback awareness and size regulations.

- No, as long as you are not making any size changes.
Do I need a permit for a pool? (Above or In-ground)
- Yes, any swimming pool that contains water 24 inches in depth requires a zoning and UCC permit.
Do I need a permit to build a porch, patio, deck, or handicapped ramp?
- Yes, a zoning and UCC permit are required.
Do I need a permit to build a barn, storage shed, garage, etc.?
- Yes, a zoning permit is required for all accessory structures. A UCC permit may also be required based on size and/or electrical.
Do I need a permit for moving in, out, or within the Township?
- Yes, a moving permit is required for all residents.

All permit applications can be found on our FORMS page. Paving permits can be acquired in the municipal office. WHEN IN DOUBT ALWAYS CONTACT THE OFFICE, AFTER-THE-FACT PERMITS ARE A COSTLY MISTAKE.
